Once again this year we employed a turkey to assist us in recognizing some of our blessings.
Just to name a few of mine:
* I am grateful for loving parents - Heavenly parents who provided a plan that would allow me to grow and progress and eventually become like Them, and my earthly parents who unselfishly gave up many worldly comforts to provide me with the opportunity to come to Earth.
* I am Eternally grateful for my Friend and Savior, Jesus Christ. Because of His Atonement and as I am faithful and endure to the end, I can one day be reunited with all my loved ones...that gives me Hope and the promise of lasting Joy.
* I am so grateful for my family - those who have gone before, those I get to share this mortal experience with, and those who will follow.
* I am grateful and humbled to be engaged to an amazing and loving man who treats me like a daughter of God and is so patient with me.
* I am grateful for the opportunity to be a Mother.
* I am so grateful for the Plan of Happiness that our loving Heavenly Father prepared so that we can progress, (even when at times it doesn't feel so happy and I get to exercise Faith that it will eventually all work out for the best)
